Live Music Every Friday From mellow acoustic to rock n roll, rest assured you will find some of the best musicians in the Bay Area jamming out right in your backyard (practically)! These intimate live shows run from around 6 PM to 9 or 10 every Friday night, and there is never a cover charge...ever. When asked about Cafe Zoë, this is what audience member, Michael Perez had to say: “Folks, if you haven't checked out the café in the evenings, you're missing out. I've not only enjoyed some of the incredible talent that has rolled on through, but I've gotten a chance to know my neighbors even better and have had some great times. We have a gem in our own neighborhood that other neighborhoods don't, so bring the kids (if you have them), have some beer and wine, and get to know your neighbors while listening to some good music!”
Open Mic Night For any musicians who are looking for a place to express themselves creatively, Cafe Zoë is it! This is a venue for bands just getting started, to those more established, to network and cultivate a following. “Like many musicians who've been around the block for more than a few years, I've played a wide range of music venues. Playing an acoustic set, in a warm and welcoming cafe, with a cold beer sitting on an amp, is one my favorite things to do in life. Cafe Zoë hits the mark for me. The space and sound and food is always right in the pocket, and Kathleen and Zoë are some of the coolest humans I know. When I'm able to relax into a space like Cafe Zoë, with my guitar in hand, I'm a happy dude.” says musician, Scott Bell.
